The Omega Income Fund Limited is an open-ended mutual fund which seeks to achieve growthin income by investing in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities in the medium to long term. The aim of the Fund is to outperform interest rates being offered on the one year government of Ghana note.

Christine Dowuona-Hammond is an Associate Professor at the Schoolof Law, University of Ghana, and the Managing Partner of Hammond Law Company, a Legal Consultancy firm in Ghana that specialises in Legal Research, Policy Analysis, and Legal Consultancy Services.
She has been a Legal Consultant to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) on its project, Harmonization of Business Laws in Non-OHADA States and has conducted several research studies commissioned by the Government of Ghana, Carnegie Foundation, the World Bank, UNDP, DANIDA, and GIZ. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. Her areas of specialisation and research interests include Contract Law and Negotiation, Commercial and Consumer Law, and International Trade and Investment Law. She has published widely in Contract Law, Consumer Law and Policy, Land Law and Policy, and the Law of Succession. Christine Dowuona-Hammond has served as a member of the Government Negotiating Team responsible for the review and re-negotiation of Government contracts on behalf of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. She has served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Ghana Reinsurance Company Ltd and as a Commissioner of the Law Reform Commission of Ghana. Christine Dowuona-Hammond currently teaches Contract Law and Commercial Law at the University of Ghana School of Law and is the Editor of the University of Ghana Law Journal.
Kofi Atua Ankama-Asamoah is the CEO of Cleaning Solutions Ltd. Prior to that, he worked at Unilever Ghana Ltd., for nine years, ending as head of DiverseyLever Division. He also worked in manufacturing, customer service, marketing, quality assurance, and product development. Kofi Ankama-Asamoah is also a minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. From 2017 to date, he has served as the Youth Minister of the Accra Ridge Church. Kofi is also the National Coordinator for Alpha Relationship Central, of the Holy Trinity Brompton Church, UK, to improve marriages and family life. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), two Master’s Degrees in Ministry, Theology and Missions from the Akrofi-Christaller Institute, a Master’s Degree in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon, and aPost Graduate Diploma, Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Leicester, UK. He is a Fellow of the second class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network
Irene Bebaako-Mensah is a Chartered Banker and was with the Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd. Prior to this appointment, she has held various leadership positions in the Ghanaian Banking Sector in prestigious institutions like Societe Generale Ghana, Access Bank Ghana and the erstwhile Royal Bank Ltd.
She began her career in the Ghanaian financial industry with Gold Coast Securities Limited as a Treasury Officer. She shifted her focus to the Banking Sector following her desire to work closely with Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs). She began this new chapter with an employment opportunity as a Product Officer with SSB Bank Ltd, (now Societe Generale Ghana Plc). Her passion and hard work led to her appointment as the leader, SME Office at the Okaishie Branch, SSB Bank Limited. She held various positions in her ten-year stay at SSB Bank in different Departments. She transferred her talents to Access Bank briefly where she served as a Relationship Manager for the Osu Branch. Her passion and talents were put to the test in the establishment and positioning of the Royal Bank, where she worked in various roles. After a six-year stint, her impressive record coupled with key achievements from previous employments facilitated her smooth transition to Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Economics & French option) from the University of Ghana, Legon and an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Project Management option). She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers – Ghana, and holds other professional certifications, which include: Graduate Diploma in Management from International Professional Managers Association - UK, Final Professional Diploma in Administration from Chartered institute of Administration and Management Consultants - Ghana, a Certificate in Public Relations, Marketing & Advertising from Ghana Institute of Journalism - Accra, and she has undertaken the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Courses.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from KNUST; a Post Graduate Diploma in Chocolate and Confectionery Technology from ZDS in Germany, an Executive MBA degree in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a Certificate in Leadership from the Haggai Institute in Hawaii, USA.
He worked for a period of twelve (12) yeas with Cocoa Processing company, serving in various department including Research and Development, Quality Assurance and Production Management. As he moved into the private sector, Emmanuel broadened his experience with long term positions in manufacturing and operations in the Haircare and Cosmetics sector as West Africa’s Operations Director for Dark and Lovely and later L’Oreal Softsheen after the acquisition of the former by the latter; Managing Director of Oceanspray Ghana Limited, a wholly owned Ghanaian World class Plastic Manufacturing company; West Africa’s Director of Operations for Safe Water Network, an offshoot of the Pepsi Cola Foundation.
Emmanuel actively consulted for and led in the establishment of Cowbel (Promasidor) in Ghana. Emmanuel has consulted for various manufacturing companies and other institutions in West Africa, especially in Ghana. Notable amongst these are Pepsi Cola, Gablin Industries, Kasapreko Distilleries, Virado Industries, manufacturers of Jackdoo Yoghurt and Nyanba Medical Centre to name a few.
