The Board of TOTAL has approved an interim dividend of GH¢0.0631 per share in respect of its 2017 financial year. The amount reflects a decline of 30% over the interim dividend of GH¢0.0902 paid for the 2016 financial year.
Shareholders registered in the books of TOTAL at the close of business on Friday November 17, 2017 will qualify for the payment of the interim dividend.
Consequently, the ex-dividend date has been set as Wednesday, November 15, 2017. In this regard, any investor purchasing TOTAL shares on or after November 15, 2017 will not be entitled to the interim dividend.
The interim dividend will be paid from Friday, December 15, 2017.
