Francis has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIDAN Investments Limited since April, 2018. He is a seasoned Lawyer and Marketing professional with over 23 years of practice at the bar. He is currently the Managing Partner at Prudential Law Offices, a legal firm based in Accra. Francis also has vast experience as a Marketing Practitioner spanning over 42 years. His previous roles included: Lecturer in Marketing at the Central University College; General Manager at Karrington Limited; Marketing Director at Afromedia / Global Outdoor Systems; Executive Director at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana; Marketing Manager at Meridian Tobacco Company; Marketing Manager of Tema Food Complex Corporation and Management Trainee and Sales/Marketing Manager at Kingsway Stores Division of UAC (Gh) Limited (now Unilever Ghana Limited). Francis has also provided several consultancy Services and conducted Marketing Training Programs for several institutions over the course of his career.
Francis holds a BSc degree (Statistics & Industrial Psychology) and an MPhil in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also a product of the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana and the Ghana Bar Association and a Fellow of the Ghana Institute of Management.
