Ebenezer serves as the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at CIDAN, leveraging his expertise as a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing (both Internal and External). He is proficient in the practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Ebenezer’s professional journey began in 2002 as an Instructor in Financial Reporting and Cost Accounting at the Military Academy and Training Schools (MATS), a role he held until 2005. He then transitioned to ProCredit Savings and Loans Company as a Loans Officer, where he served for two years.

In 2007, Ebenezer entered the banking sector with HFC Bank (now Republic Bank), where he developed deep expertise in Mortgage Lending, Retail Lending, Credit Risk Analysis, and General Banking Operations. He remained there until 2015, when he shifted focus to full-time accountancy and audit work at CFY Partners.

He joined CIDAN as the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. Ebenezer is also advancing his qualifications and is currently at the final stages of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG).
