Abraham Simon Nii Allotey Addison

With over 10 years’ solid experience in marketing and customer service, along with strong key accounts management, administrative skills, pension management (Employer Sponsored Schemes, Tier 2 & 3 Master Trust Schemes). Over the past 10 years, he has successfully set up and managed over 21 employer sponsored schemes (ESSs) and several Master Trust Schemes: Bank of Ghana Tier 2 Pension Scheme, Ecobank Tier 3 Provident Fund Scheme, GCB Bank Tier 2 Scheme, Health Sector Occupational Pension Scheme, Unilever Tier 2 & 3 Schemes, Ghacem Employer’s Provident Fund Scheme, Sandvik Mining Tier 3 Scheme, Mining Industry Master Trust Occupational Pension Scheme, WAEC Tier 2 & 3 Schemes, Stanbic Bank Tier 2 Occupational Pension Scheme, Tema International School Tier 2 Pension Scheme, Petroleum Commission Tier 2 & 3 Pension Schemes, Enterprise Tier 2 & 3 Master Trust Schemes, just to mention a few, where he served on various scheme boards to grow the benefits of scheme members significantly and in addition managed over 300 corporate clients with over GHS500m assets under management. Recently, he served on the Board of Trustees for the Judicial Services Provident Fund (JSPF) as an independent trustee where he assisted set up the tier 3 pension fund for the Judicial Services. He demonstrated a knack for sales, pension and relationship management over the years at Enterprise Trustees, The Beige Pension Trust and Prestige Pension Trust, where in various capacities he contributed to the various companies’ enviable successes in the Pensions Industry in Ghana. Prior to this, he worked with various institutions including First Allied Savings and Loans, BusinessGhana.com just to mention a few. Currently serves as an independent trustee on the GCB Bank Plc Tier 2 Scheme and Mining Industry Master Trust Occupational Pension Scheme (MIMTOPS) and as a director on various mutual funds. He also privately helps individuals to prepare adequately for retirement. Abraham has an MBA from KNUST (thru’ Accra Business School), post-graduate diploma (DBA) in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and BSc in Banking and Finance from Central University. He has also taken various courses including Corporate Governance for Directors (the SEC), Leading and Managing Organizations from Accra Business School (ABS), Pension Management from institutions such as African University College of Communication (AUCC) and a number Continuous Periodic Development pension programs from the National Pensions College, Key Account Management from British Council, etc.
